Specific, individual, and quirky are just synonyms for idiosyncratic. 

Sometimes a thesaurus just can’t do justice to a bio. 

Beginning my film career working with director Sam Raimi, I’ve directed punk and indie music videos for Bad Religion and Death Cab for Cutie, made talking bubbles and sentient statues feel grounded and believable, and have been named "Director to Watch" by Shoot and Ad Age. I’ve worked with BBDO, Ogilvy, and Droga5, I’ve earned Clios, Addys, and Ad Age’s Spot of the Year, and have a segment in the cult horror anthology ABCS of Death 2.

As a dad, this is where I’m supposed to say that all of these accomplishments pale in comparison to raising the next generation. However, I don’t think my kid’s going to read this, so I won’t.
