Growing up in the country, surrounded by nature, family and food, Tara was obsessed, as all healthy and properly adjusted 90s teenagers were, with magazines, style and Martha Stewart. Tara manifested that into her first job in NYC working with the Queen of good taste herself. There she learned the ropes on publishing and producing photography before finally making the jump to becoming a much sought after photographer on her own.

Inevitably Tara also became obsessed with music videos and films which, luckily for us, means she started using a film camera, and telling stories with her style and images. She is also the recipient of awards in PDN, Communication Arts, and American Photography.
